| | Dr. Wu-chi Feng received his Ph.D. in 1996 from the University of Michigan in Computer Science and Engineering. He received an NSF CAREER award in 1998 for his research in network protocols for video-on-demand services. During the last several years, Dr. Feng has served on numerous program committees including ACM Multimedia, ACM/SPIE Multimedia Computing and Networking, and the International Workshop on Network and Operating Systems Support for Digital Audio and Video (NOSSDAV). He is also currently serving as an editor for the ACM Multimedia Systems Journal and as a member for the national Ocean Research Interactive Observatory Networks (ORION) Cyberinfrastructure Committee. |
